Fiber optic connection not active according to KPN

Hello.

I see an optic fiber socket in my metercast but kpn.com tells that my address is not connected yet.

Also while trying to make an appointment here https://netwerk.kpn.com/formulieren/aansluit-afspraak/#stap-1 I just see an error “Er is een fout opgetreden. Probeer het later opnieuw.” and in browser console there is 400 error with the response {"Message":"KPN_HASPLNR.018"}
I tried to call 0880063744 (it supposed to be kpn network), but nobody answered.

What can I do in this situation?

As a provider we have no influence on the process, but the mentioned link and phone number should work. Could you post a screenshot of what you see when you try this on the website? Please include the address bar so I can see the link.

Could you also fill in your postcode and house number in your profile and let me know here once you've done that? I'm the only one who can see this.

I'm working on it, regarding the form.

In the meantime, could you try calling the number again? I tried it today, it should work on working days between 8:30 and 17:00.
