Fiber optics - present according to check, but cant order?

Hello,

The fiber optics says it’s installed for my address, but I cannot order it and the only speed that I can order is 100mb for some reason (no other options present).

 

what can I do?

I would call 0800-0402 or make a call appointment here at the bottom right. Employees can check your situation and maybe they need to change something in their administration for you to be able to order Fiber. 

Sidenote; is there a Fiber Termination Unit (FTU) in your house?

Hi ​@David Licko, welcome to the community. Those screenshot contradict eachother, when fiber is available, you should be able to order higher speeds than that. Have you tried Flitsend's tip already? That is the quickest way to check the situation, and if it is possible to order it, a colleague will be able to help you with it aswell.
