Has your internet subscription started yet and did you receive a message by e-mail or SMS that the internet line should be active?
If you haven't received that message yet you’ll have to wait for that.
If you have received it and the line should be active then powercycle the fiberbox and the router.
If that doesn't help call KPN customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 08.00 - 18.00, sa 08.00 - 17.00).
Ignore the dutch menu and say to the computer you want to speak to an employee, it should then connect you to one.
Hi @BurakBayrak, welcome! GeSp is right. The light won't turn green until your signal has been activated on our side. When that happens, you will be notified. And that is the moment you can install.
If you have received that notification, and the light will not turn green, call us!
