Good afternoon, dear support team! I have reached out to Riot Games support, specifically to their management, regarding network quality issues with their servers. They informed me that only the provider can directly contact them through their peering at valornt- https://www.peeringdb.com/net/5918.
i also do the same with epic games. fortnite- https://www.peeringdb.com/net/1418 Below is the contact information available exclusively for providers.

They are ready to assist in resolving our issue to identify the cause and improve the connection to their servers.

Here is the initial issue I reported to Riot Games:

"I am experiencing persistent network-related issues in Valorant/fortnite, across all game modes, when connecting to the server 162.249.72.1(valorant) fortnite doesnt have it (main ip server).  Despite a stable in-game ping (~8 ms ±2 ms) with no packet loss, I encounter gameplay disruptions, including backtracking, abnormally fast-moving players ('flying'), and sudden performance drops.

After taking cover, my character teleports to the location where an opponent was shooting, resulting in death. This happens consistently, on 3 ISPs.

Some players move abnormally fast, especially during perceived 'game acceleration,' making aiming difficult.

These issues worsen multiple times during a match."

I also provided them with all the Wireshark data, to which they suggested a solution involving the provider contacting them through their peering to address the connection quality to their servers.

They propose renting a direct channel with them, which would involve additional costs. They also suggest setting up a direct connection to their servers, which would fully resolve our issue. I kindly request that you take action to review this request and improve the network quality.

Hello @kompr1 . Sorry to read about your network issues.

What kind of router do you use? And how is it connected to your pc/laptop/console?
