Geen wifi op de tweede verdieping

Hi, I bought the internet from KPN. I have not WiFi on 2nd floor.  I try to order monteur but I can't. I have no idea what is wrong with it.

Hi Katarzyna! If the WiFi isn't working I'd advise you to use our wifi tuner. It will analyse your WiFi connection and improve the settings. If that doesn't result in a better connection, it will show an end result which should solve the issues you're experiencing. The tuner is in Dutch, so if you’re experiencing difficulties with knowing what to enter when it's asking for information, don't hesitate to let me know! I'm happy to help.
