Glasvezel not connecting/confirming on final steps of the installation process

Hi guys. I’ve just connected my TK01 and gone through process to connect to fibre optics, but although connection is green and power is green, when kpn do the test to connect me it says Oops, we see you're not connected yet.  What do I do now? I’ve tried 3 times already and gone through whole process again. Mail is telling me I’m good to go, but final part of connection is failing?  I think I may answer my own question. I didn’t remove the DSL connection. I’m doing that now and restarting modem. Hoping this was the reason for my failed connection. I’ll update you in a few moments.

Opgelost! All working now after removing DSL cable and restarting modem..
