Hired KPN through EasyNuts but it isn't working yet

I hired Kpn via Easy Nuts 3 weeks ago but still could not use the Internet with the setup equipments they provided to me. The electric painel doesn't have the energy supply for the fiber optic box (picture) and the only other output I have in the bedroom is a coaxial cable (picture). I've tried also adapters Coax-Ethernet to connect the modem but it is still not working. It will be very helpful if the kpn could provide a non paid visit to assist on this.

​@bnh is right, you need power to get the fiber connection working. Did you manage to fix something for the power adapter? If you need more help, you can also contact our customerservice by making a call me back appointment. That way one of my colleagues will give you a call to help you further.

    Coax is useless, it's for Ziggo. The ONT needs a power adapter and a LAN cable to your KPN Box.
