Hole drilled while getting the fiber optic cable inside and didn't close it, now there's water in my meter cupboard

KPN folks drilled a hole while getting the fiber optic cable inside my house and didn't close them and also damaged the plumbing. I have moisture inside my meter cupboard now because of this. I am trying to check if they can fix it. Anyone else had this issue?

I already mentioned this to them when they were taking the order for my connection and the person said he has put that in the notes and somebody will contact you. Never happened, and now in this season the moisture seeped through from the wall.
