How do i install the KPN equipment?

The best way to go is to call customer support. They can send a mechanic for this.

The phone number is 0800-0402 (or 1200 if you are calling from a KPN mobile connection).

Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
• Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Sunday closed
• For outages, KPN is available 24/7.

You can also easily schedule a call appointment online, and they will call you back at a time that suits you!

I try to call them I  can’t understand Dutch language 

When the AI asks “Waarmee kan ik je helpen?”, respond in Dutch with: “Ik heb geen internet.”
The second time, say: “Ik wil een medewerker spreken
