How do we fill out a form to change the subscriber

Dear community,

In the apartment where we live my roommates there was a contract with kpn, but we do not know how to contact the person who had the contract because previously have passed a few people and no one knows anything. My roommate called yesterday and was told that in this case, we’d have to fill out a form. I have been searching the web and I have not found any option to send a form. Would someone tell me how I can fill it out and send it?

You can fill in the required information on that web page and submit it.

If you don't know who signed the contract, is that person still paying for the internet connection?

A week ago I filled out a form to hire the services and I have not received any response. Send a gmail with the documents, do they have to be printed? I can’t attach anything from the previous person who took charge of the contract because in the apartment where I live several people have passed before and nobody knows anything. It’s all very strange.

Is the internet connection still working?

If so then someone must be paying for it, maybe internet is included in the rent?

If it is not working just apply for a new subscription and don’t bother with trying to change the subscriber of a contract/subscription which probably has been ended.


Yes, it still works. I tried several times to apply for a subscription and was refused. My roommate called to report the problem and was told that I had to fill out a form, but of course now I’m denied again, because it says that documents are missing and I have sent photo of my id, bsn and the signed contract. The wifi is not included in the rent.

Then there are not much options left, what you could try is ask KPN Customer service to contact the current subscriber, KPN can ask them to contact you or your roommate.

If the KPN Customer service doesn't want to do that or the current subcriber doesn’t contact you then I don't think there is much more you can do.

For a change of subscriber you need also the records of the previous owner. Otherwise it would be possible to just random change subscribers. It is really unfortunate in this situation that you don't have contact with the previous owner. 

You might give it a go in a KPN store for a new subscription on the address.
