How long does it take to activate my internet?

Hello. A week ago I ordered internet from KPN. We chose online to have the service visit us on December 2 (Monday) and help us with the installation in our new apartment. Unfortunately, on December 2, we did not receive any e-mail with the date of arrival of the service technician, so we called the service office, where we were informed that no service technician had been ordered for us, we ignored the topic because the person from the service office informed us that the installation of the device was very simple, so we can do the same, then we were assured that the internet would be activated for about 3 hours, MAXIMUM until the end of the current day. It was on Monday, and today it is Wednesday, despite assurances, we still have to wait for the SMS confirming the activation of the Internet, we would like to know when it will happen, because we both work and we need the Internet to fulfill our duties at work, unfortunately after another conversation with the customer service office, we found out that there is nothing we can do and we have to wait for an SMS, we have currently paid for the service that was supposed to be provided from December 2, today is December 4, and still no one has activated our service, please help or give activation date, or make it by hand otherwise we will cancel your subscriptions immediately.

Schedule a callback appointment (in the bottom right corner) with us, that’s the most convenient option. Then we’ll contact you at a time that suits you.
