I can't slide the black box (NT) on my fiber unit

Does anyone encounter this kind of problem before? I cannot slide my blackbox on :( I have asked for a mechanic but they are not sure whether they can fix the problem…..

@Shinephoenix You need a technician to move the FTU. But you can remove the cover of the Ziggo (cable provider) box and then remove the whole box. Leave the coaxial cable intact, later you can put the Ziggo box back if needed. Without the Ziggo box you can slide the KPN ONT over the FTU.
