I am trying to cancel my KPN subscription online, but I am unable to do so.

Hi ​@denise.montalto, welcome to the community. I understand you're trying to cancel the subscription, but it doesn't work? What doesn't work exactly? Do you get an error, or does something else happen? We don't see what you see, we only know what you tell us. The more you tell us, the more we can try to help you.

Cancelling a subscription is also possible via phone, you can make a callback appointment (bottom right, at 'Contact opnemen') via our website.
