I received my KPN Modem but the internet is not working

Hello, I do not speak Dutch yet so I’m writing in English! I recently received my modem but internet is not working! I can’t call the customer service number since it’s always busy. I hope someone can help me here !

I'm happy to help. Are you using a fiber optic conenction? If so, which lights are on and which are off on the fiber terminal unit? Could you also unplug theunit for 3 minutes?

After doing this, could you also reset your modem to factory settings? You can do this by pressing the reset button with a toothpick for 30 seconds until the modem restarts.
