I cannot connect to internet, doesnt matter what I do. I want to cancel the agreement before the 14 days. I would like to return the Box 12 Modem.

Welcome to the community @Oscar Garcia. It's strange the modem won't connect to the internet. I don't know why that isn't happening, but there should be a reason (and a solution). The quickest way to check that is by calling us at 0800-0402. If you're sure you want to cancel, you can call the same number. We don't have the option to cancel on the community.
