Internet al 2 maanden niet werkend

My internet is not working for 2 months now.

The only answers I get from client service is “We are working on it, you need to wait, we can’t say when it will be resolved”.

This is really frustrating and going on for 2 months, how can I get to the client service management?  The representative said they will contact me back, and of course they did not.
