Internet doesn’t work and I dont have customer number, KPN couldn’t help to fix it

My internet has been down, and when I contacted KPN, they couldn’t assist me without a customer number. They also claimed there’s no active subscription at this address, even though we’ve been using their service for the past two years. It’s been a week now, and despite multiple follow-ups with KPN and the landlord, no resolution has been provided. The lack of support is incredibly frustrating.

I don't want to raise the impression that I don't believe you, but I have to ask: Are you certain that you have a subscription at KPN? There are other providers that use the KPN network. So you might still use the KPN network, while having a subscription at another provider.

Adn if you have a subscription at another provider, we can't help you, unfortunately.

@Priya467 Customer service can't help you without a valid customer number. They have to verify that it is you. You can find your customer number in MijnKPN or invoices.
