Internet installation. Appointment was resceduled without my knowledge

I had an appointment today for the internet installation and took a day off from work specifically for this. However, the technician never showed up. When I contacted customer service, I was told the appointment was rescheduled for tomorrow. I will be at work tomorrow and cannot take another day off. I need an urgent solution to resolve this issue or an alternative time slot that fits my schedule.

Hi ​@Umut serbest, welcome to the community. If you're waiting for an engineer and he doesn't show it is not what we want of course! Has the engineer come since then, and has your connection been made?

The community is not a chat, we do topics in chronological order so we only just see your topic. Situations like this, where it is urgent, it's best to contact us by phone. That way it can be checked with you directly. You can call our number or make a callback appointment (botton right) for that.

Goed om te lezen dat het zelf gelukt is ​@Umut serbest, dat is ook een optie inderdaad. Alles werkt daarmee naar wens nu?
