Hello! The wifi stopped working. When I tried calling the customer service no one picked up in English? I waited until it hunged up. We are a house of 8 students, so we desperately need internet! I restarted the router a few times since yesterday evening because it stopped working yesterday evening.

What kind of internet do you have? DSL (via phone line) or glass fiber?

Which modem do you use, and wchich lights are on and of and which color?

If you are on glass fiber, have you also restarted the little glass fiber box (NTU) in your meterkast?


The modem is KPN box 12. Internet light is flickering in green colour. Wifi light and power light are green and still. And we use internet via DSL.


Then you better call the helpdesk 0800-0402 and say the word “storing”. The voice menu is in dutch only, but as soon as you speak to a KPN rep, chances are high that they speak English.
