Hi,

my internet has been on and off since the last week. In the middle of a work call it gets disconnected. The green internet light starts flashing. I have tried resetting and restarting the modem, fibre connection already. Nothing works. Please help. Customer care helpline is in Dutch and I unfortunately cannot speak Dutch.
