Internet not working since the activation date of the 8th of april

Hello,

I am a new customer, and my internet connection was scheduled to be activated on April 8. However, as of today, the internet is still not working.

I have already contacted your support multiple times, but I have not received any resolution. I work from home, and every day without internet is causing me significant loss.

At the moment, I have:

  • No active internet connection
  • No clear timeline for when the issue will be resolved

I kindly ask you to provide a clear and exact estimate of when the internet will start working

Although this is not a solution to the problem, but to bridge this gap, my partner and I got a “Klik & Klaar” modem from Odido (26ish euros a month, can cancel after a month).

 

Do you know who your Fiber network contractor / maintainer is? Because KPN is probably waiting on them to get told that the connection is active, we're currently in the same boat.

Our network is maintained by Glaspoort, who asked Siers (sub-contractor) to install the network, who in turn asked BAM (sub-sub-contractor) to install our inside-house-fiber-connection.

Since BAM didn't tell Siers that the connection is active, Siers didn't tell Glaspoort, and Glaspoort can't tell KPN… See the headache we're in currently? 😅
