Internet was supposed to work from the 26th of September

Hello, a week ago I signed a contract which stated that from the 26th I would be able to connect to the internet. The next day I received a package with a modem etc. so on the 26th I connected everything but I have not received an activation email until today.

Call today  (until 17.00) with 0800-0402 and ask there for the e-mail and/or the activation-code.

I call there 2 times las week and they told me i need to wait for e-mail but cmon is already more then one week

nothing has changed, I called the service several times and they don't know how to help, I've been to the KPN point several times and they don't know how to help either. A technician is supposed to come today, I hope everything will be ok because I haven't received an activation email for a long time
