I am a new KPN Internet customer and I have signed up for a contract that will start on Friday. The previous owner of our home was a KPN customer so we have the connections needed, including the Glasvezelkastje.
I also have my own modem/router -- a FritzBox -- that I intend to use. Is it possible to have my contract start sooner using the existing equipment and FritzBox that I have?

Just as info for anyone in the future: I signed up on Wednesday morning, received the modem Friday afternoon, plugged in the modem Friday evening, and service was already activated and working. All I needed to do was hook everything up as directed.
