Is the fiber cable connected to my address or not?

Dear Sir,

I need to know if we have a fiber optic cables installed in our building and in my apartment. if not, can KPN help to fix that in my apartment, because now I have zeggo internet co-axial cable connected to my living room socket.

Pls, I need a very urgent answer before the date of activation of that service on 12 November 2024. otherwise, maybe I will cancel my contract with KPN.
