Issues from day 1 internet only worked for 5 hours

I had to wait for 2 weeks to have my account enabled today, and suddenly internet worked for 5 hours only. 

I check the devices, the Glas light is off. 

I would appreciate if anything can be done.

Hi ​@Shakeeb and welcome to our KPN Community. Welcome to KPN as well! Although I'm sorry to read that your services aren't working as they should yet. 

My first advise would be to check whether there's an error or technical issue in your area.
If that's not the case, then the site should provide you with further steps that could, hopefully, solve this issue. 

If none of the steps work, then do call us on 0800-0402. We’re open 24/7 for technical issues that cause you to have no services at all. 
The site is in Dutch, however most web browsers these days offer a translation option. Hopefully using that helps in navigating our site!
