KPN Box 12 Wifi keeps turning off every couple of hours

i have taken KPN internet subscription and have setup the Box 12 modem. However, the wifi turns off every couple of hours since i have started using and also, this is happening even without the additional superwifi access point. 

have tried the following -
1) update the modem to latest firmware
2) reset the modem 
3) KPN online troubleshooter

Please find attached the box 12 picture when the issue occured. can i receive a replacement box 12 as this looks faulty?

It looks like you've done everything you could. Just to be sure: have you reset the modem by holding the small reset button for 10 seconds until the lights go out? You can do this with a paper clip. If not, could you please do this?
