I have recently subscribed to KPN internet. I’ve just installed the equipment after i got an email that everything is ready to go, but the “Glas” light on the adapter does not go green. I need help ASAP. If i appoint a technician he will come only tomorrow.

When it is the first day connecting it can take some time before it becomes active. 

Is your internet connection working at the moment?
