Since 25 of July, KPN start home internet. They cancelled my current internet provider from Odido to KPN without my consent.
Now I wanted to install the modem package, but I couldn’t do that. I followed all the steps in the manual.

As far as I can see, the fiber optic cable goes to the white NT, as indicated below. Can you connect power to the white device and plug the modem into it? Otherwise a technician will need to come by. In that case please schedule a technician appointment on our website.
