KPN FON is not working

Hi

 

I am contacting you because I just bought a one-month pass this morning for the KPN Fon internet service, and for almost an hour now, the internet connection is not possible. Do you know when it can be fixed? 

 

I am using a MacBook Pro, and whenever I try to connect I see that message “No Internet Connection...”

Unfortunately it's now 4 days later, it's a little bit busy at the moment at the Forum. Can you indicate whether the problem still exists? Have you purchased a premium hotspot? If so, are you receiving an error code? And have you followed the steps on our website to see if it could be solved?
