KPN need help fixing the fiber connection point

You can call the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402
Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.

Closed on Sundays and public holidays

You can also make a calling-appointment yourself, scroll down until you see: maak een belafspraak

KPN will then call you immediately, or at a time that suits you.

They are available 24/7 for urgent malfunctions

How did it happen?

No. But with an KPN internet subscription, you can make an appointment at any time. It costs at least 99,- €

Making appointment

I try to fix it when KPN internet starts to lost connection many time per day. And then change provider to Odido they made a Ticket to KPN fix it cable and after 10 days still i don't have answer .

Then you have to go to Odido, KPN can't do anything for you.

I have now 2 internet subscriptions  Odido is not activated and they told me ask for KPN for help to fix it, because they can’t do nothing….

Today internet got fixed by KPN now is working super fine thank you KPN.
