Lokaliseren ISRA punt

I just moved in the Netherlands .. I am not able to find the isra terminal to connect my kpn Experian device

Hi Harry, welcome on our board.

The ISRA should look like one of these, the ones above. If you still can't find it we'll need to send an engineer to look it up. There is always a small chance that the previous owners removed it for aesthetic reasons if they didn't use it.
