Main light on Experia Box v10A is always Red and there is no internet, how to solve it?

Hi there, Rka. Welcome to the KPN Forum!

The red light isn't bad itself, but when you have no internet it's something else. There are 2 options:
1. There is no cable connected DSL or Ethernet. Is it about internet through cable or the WiFi what isn't working?
2. Authentication failed, can't get an IP address.

The best way to solve this, is to restart the Experia Box.
  • Unplug the KPN Experia Box from the mains
  • Put the plug back in after 10 minutes
  • After 2 minutes, check that the DSL / ADSL / Broadband light is on
  • Check that the Internet / Online light is flashing or green
  • The modem has been restarted

It this isn't working, you also can try a reset:
  • Insert a pin or other pointed object into the 'Reset' hole on the back of the Experia Box.
  • Press and hold for a few seconds. Release the pen or other pointed object immediately when the Power indicator light turns red.
  • After 10 minutes, check that the Online / Internet light is flashing green or green.
  • Check if the problem is solved
  • If you still can not make calls, use the internet or watch TV, go to kpn.com for the next steps.
