Hello, I’ve tried to switch to KPN ‘glasvezel’ twice with no luck due to an issue in the meterbox that I’m hoping to get more clarity on here. After the last visit from a KPN technician, they noted that there’s no power socket in the meterbox where all the electrical box is. However, I’m unsure if this was the only problem, so attaching photos below to ours and our neighbours’ box that also use KPN.
Is this something that needs to be carried out by an electrician or a KPN personnel can handle it as well? Thank you in advance!

We will install one electrical wall socket free of charge. Because you send an photo of your cupboard I've checked and you don't have an main switch which is necessary for an "regular" KPN technician to operate on. So most likely the technician needs to contact an colleague and make an new appointment with you and the colleague so an technician with extra certifications can come and make an electrical outlet for you.
