Modem, box delivery

Hi,

 

I have ordered the new intenet package on 27-March-2020. The order was placed successully.  The customer number is (...).  I would like to know when I would expect the modem delivery to my address? Till now there is no sign of delivering process.

I found an order via your customer number. A technician is currently scheduled for April 9 between 14.00-16.00. This is necessary because it concerns fiber optics. The mechanic will install the NT box and Experia Box, more likely not because of the corona virus. You also received a text message about this last friday, correct? 3 days before, so I think tomorrow, you will receive the installation package!

@Elam, did you receive the installation package on time and has the engineer come by to install it?
