I requested the activation of KPN home internet (no TV). Address: ***

I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MODEM!

The switch from ZIGGO to KPN is scheduled for today, September 30.

Try the KPN customer service (tel. 0800 - 04020 ). I don't know if they are able to speak english. However, they are fluent in dutch (nederlands).

Hoi ​@WMG-N , over het algemeen prima, de meeste mensen werkzaam zijn in de lijn kunnen prima Engels dus dat zou op zich geen problemen moet opleveren!
