Good afternoon,

I have already received confirmation of a new internet connection for my new home and I would like to get the modem sent to my current address, since it will arrive before I move in to the new place. I already made a call to make the change but I still see in the order status the address of the new place as the delivery address.

I read previous posts in the forum and I have already filled my current address in my profile here.

Could you help me with this?

I'm sorry it's not fixed for you after 2 calls to our customer service, I'm not sure why this hasn't been processed correctly.

I have changed the delivery address, and see the right one in our delivery system. Do you see the same thing?
