My fibrespeed is way too low

Hi there, 

 

What is the best way to contact KPN Customer service?

 

I have a subscription for 1Gbps and I am connected via single cord, but since 2 weeks ago I barely get half of the speed no matter how I try - via wifi or cable connection.

 

All of my neighbours are complaining from the same issue.

Half the speed on a wired fiber connection definitely shouldn’t happen. I’m happy to help. Could you please answer the following questions?

  • How are you measuring this? Using a wired PC or laptop if I understand correctly?

  • Which subscription do you have and what results do you get when you run our speed test?

  • Have you powered off both the fiber connection box and the KPN modem for 3 minutes?

    Call KPN Klantensevice (tel. 0800 - 0402 ). I don't know how well these people understand / can speak english. So, if possible use dutch.
