My guest has no internet since 3 days and I cannot reach you by phone from abroad

Dear  sir , Dear madam,

my internet is not working at home and I have a guest at home who cannot connect via cable nor wifi .

I’m abroad and tried by all means to contact you but in vain .could you tell me  how to join you asap  by phone from abroad to solve my issue ( i checked the paiement was done for this month and we have already un-plug and replug the box but still red light on the box ). could you help me to solve the issue ?

Also, an new neighbor has arrived and they may have disconnected our line when installing their internet

thank you very much Thomas . In between , an neighbour has supported us and solve the issue.

I will for sure keep the contact if this happens again .
