My internet is not working, how do I reach customer service?

My wifi modem is not working. I am using experia box v10, and the services light is orange and internet light red with wireless and power light green. The L2 light is also blinking green. I tried turning the power off and on again, but it does not work. Also, i tried calling 0800-0402, but there is no english option :(

Hello ​@ahni. Welcome to the KPN Community! Unfortunately, you are here because of a problem with your connection and it is therefore logical that you would like support with this.

We don't have an English menu for our customer service line unfortunately. The best way to contact us now is via a callback appointment. We will call you at a time that suits you and you will immediately get an employee on the line. You can also contact us via X or Facebook.

If I may give you some advice about your disruption, I would advise you to disconnect the fiber optic box from the power for 2 minutes when using a fiber optic connection. Then restart the Experia Box as well. Maybe this works for you.
