Today, I moved to another apartment, but the glass isn’t working. I’ve already got approval that everything would be ready for my move. What should I do?

Hi @Vitaly, the quickest way to resolve this is to contact customer service at 0800-0402.


Did you remove the dust cap from your glass box that you slide over your glass connection?

 

Is the glass box properly clicked over your glass connection?

It is also possible that you had a GOF connection in your old home, and now in your current home an XGSPON connection. Then you need a different glass box. It is best to contact KPN via the MyKPN app or by telephone on 08000402.

If this is all in order then it seems that the patch order was not (properly) executed by KPN. You can then best contact alsof KPN via the MyKPN app or by phone via 0800-0402.
