No confirmation for monteur appointment

Hello!

My boyfriend have made an appointment via app and also via clientservice on the phone with a kpn service customer employee for 20 february. The lady from the phone said that we should receive and email with confirmation for monteur for that date but still nothing.it has been already a week! How is this situation working, what is wrong with kpn? I want to have internet in the house and i am waiting 2 3 weeks untill a monteur is avalaible? Niet normal.

This is, of course, not the way it should be. Have you checked if the confirmation might have ended up in your spam folder? If you haven't received an email yet, I recommend contacting our customer service. My colleagues can check whether the appointment has been correctly registered and resend the confirmation if needed.
