No cupboard connection

Question

Hi,I'm moving to another house and i found out that there is no connection cupboard in the house ..... I looked in the Meterkast but i found nothing like internet cables or cupboard for internet (ISRA PUNT)  ... I saw that i have PTT cupboard (Wandcontactdoos) but i don't know if that's for the internet ... I need someone to help me how to connect the ISRA PUNT or maybe i will need a technician to do that? thanks in advance
