Fibre optic has been working well since moving to KPN for last couple of months. However had an outage today, "connected without Internet."

 

Seems the fibre box is showing an alarm but I can't see any outages for our area. Have been without Internet since lunch time, powering off modem and fibre box and resetting doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

If restarting and resetting the fiber optic box and KPN Box does not solve the problem, there is only one thing you can do. Call KPN customer service on 0800-0402, which is open 24/7 for problems or outage.
