I just installed the modem, the wifi is on but there is no internet connection. Can you help me with this situation?

So you followed the instructions on our installation page but there is still no internet. I would like to check what I can do for you. Could you fill in your forum profile and let me know when you did?

Then I can retreive your information and check if everything is okay!

@Nanaratna Thanks I see that in this case a mechanic has to come to you.

He will be there tommorrow between 10:00 and 12:00. If that is not okay, can you let us know as soon as possible? Then we can rearrange te appointment.
