No internet connection despite multiple visits from KPN mechanics

My internet contract start date was 16 July 2025 but even after a week of the contract start date, I do not have internet connection. The mechanic has visited me 2 times and they said that the fibre cable needs to be fixed. Now I am being told that this may last for another week or two. Without internet I am unable to work since I work from home. What would be my options to get this resolved at the earliest?

I'm sorry to read about your internet troubles.   Do you have a mobile number from KPN?  In that case I can give you a free bundle so you can at least use the mobile internet.Â
