Hello,
I signed a contract with KPN for internet + TV, including the promotional Philips TV. I was told I’d receive an email about the TV after 2 weeks, but it’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything.
On top of that, the internet/installation isn’t working properly. I followed the steps via MijnKPN, but the issue remains.
This is quite disappointing. I hope to hear from KPN soon with a clear solution.
