No internet connection and no TV

Hello,

 

I signed a contract with KPN for internet + TV, including the promotional Philips TV. I was told I’d receive an email about the TV after 2 weeks, but it’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything.

 

On top of that, the internet/installation isn’t working properly. I followed the steps via MijnKPN, but the issue remains.

 

This is quite disappointing. I hope to hear from KPN soon with a clear solution.

Hi ​@Minh Nguyen, welcome to our community! As ​@Anneke-Anna mentions the quickest way to speak my colleagues is by phone. Did you speak to them in the meantime?

About your welcome present, we have a topic about that but you should receive message about two weeks after installation.

Hi, and thanks for your suggestions ​@Anneke-Anna ​@Thomas van KPN 

I called the number provided and followed their instructions, but the KPN internet still isn’t working. I was told that someone from the technical department would contact me to assist or schedule a repair.

It’s now been a week, and I haven’t received any follow-up—no call, no email (or junk email). I tried calling again today, but no one picked up.

I’ve always heard about KPN’s excellent service and I expected more than what I have experienced with KPN these days..

Hi ​@Minh Nguyen, that doesn’t sound like it’s going anywhere helpful…

You can wait here until your question is up (again), could take some time though or you can try and make a maak een belafspraak

I would advise to contact my colleagues again, unless there's some obstacle why the connection does not work it should not take this long. If there is a reason we can't connect you yet my colleagues should be able to tell you this.
