No internet connection since this morning

Hello, 

I have had problems with the internet connection since the morning. I have tried the diagnostics online and it says that there is a malfunction in the KPN network. I have tried the unplugging and resetting the router but it has now worked as well. Can you help?

Service guy has been here, we were not connected the right way to the KPN services. Issue is solved.
