No signal on new fiber connection

Hey,

 

My connection starts today and it is not working: the glas signal is not green, therefore, no internet. How to solve?

Your fiber connection is probably not linked to the main network from KPN. The best solution is to contact KPN Customer Service.

The phone number is 0800-0402 (or 1200 if you're calling from a KPN mobile line).

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

  • Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00

  • Sunday: Closed

Or simply schedule a call online, they’ll call you back at a time that suits you!
