Only receive 1 Gbit/s with 4 Gbit/s subscription

I recently subscribed to 4gbp, I have a v14 box that supports 10gbp I also have a 10gbp Asus pcie card. But when I do speed test I only get 1gbp max speed

Did you makte the ONT powerless for two minutes ? Also, what says the internal (you need to login on the box v14) speedtest of the modem ?

Am getting 4077 download and only 844 upload and I actually need more upload than download since I host my own website.

Did you do this test with the internal modem Speedtest function?

No I used Ookla how do I do that

That’s already better! So the issue should be internal with the uploads. Can you download the Ookla app in your pc and test again. Try to use the KPN test server Amstelveen. I’m always have good results on that server.

Hi ​@James450, welcome to the community. I see bnh is already helping you along. The download speed looks great, it's the upload that falls behind. The screenshot from the modem shows that it does get a good upload, but your PC doesn't get all of that. It could be the internal network or maybe the upload is being used while testing it. Did you turn all devices that might be uploading off to see if the speedtest will get a more realistic result that way? When the connection is being used, the speedtest won't be able to show it's potential.
