I’m looking for some advice. I am an expat and I ordered my wifi through KPN yesterday, but have no email confirmation. I do not feel confident in my Dutch to phone at the minute so wondering if anyone can help? (I have checked my junk email and it is not there.) Thanks!

Sometimes it takes a while but let me check if your order was placed succesfully.

Can you fill out your profile and give a sign when you have done that?
